Comparison of 2009 measurements verses this one?

How do the measurements for this compare with the factory handlebar?

Just to verify, will this fit my 2009 V Star 1300 Tourer with its current windshield, control cables, and grips?
If not, what will need to be changed-windshield?, throttle and clutch cables? Grips?
As with most older 1300 owners (2007-2009) the factory handlebars are poorly designed for people under 6'2" or so.  I am 5'8"so will this helps solve my reach problem?  I have a Mustang Seat on my bike purchased through this site.

Good day,
I show stock measurements being 1" diameter, 8" rise, 35" width and 13" pullback. These bars here have the same 1" diameter, 3-5/8" rise, 33-5/8" width and 12" pullback. It does maintain stock throttle cable & brake hose lengths on Yamaha V-Star/ Road Star and Royal Star Models as well as all your stock controls. Be sure to take note that they are not compatible with Yamaha Tour Classic & Road Star windshields. Kuryakyn ISO Grips and End Caps are recommended. Yamaha OEM bar ends may not fit. Also stock/OEM grips may not fit. May require the use of aftermarcket grips. Bar ends are also not Included and OEM Bar ends may not fit. I hope this information helps. If you have any other questions or would like to get an order in, feel free to reach me directly at 925-583-2221. Take care and ride safe!

I would head over to 2 of the most popular V-Star 1300 forums, where the handlebars are discussed in detail:
http://1300tourer.com/content/how-section
http://vstar1300.pbworks.com/w/page/5760695/Handlebars%20-%20Controls%20...
RSTD bars, 950 bars and the later V-Star 1300 one's, are popular.

Cheers, Steve
